After obtaining his college degree in chemical engineering in India, Dharmesh Patel furthered his studies in Australia, where he earned a master’s degree in information technology.

Though he enjoyed his time “down under,” Dharmesh’s eagerness to become a businessman brought him to the USA, where he initially worked in IT in California. Soon, though, the real estate and hospitality industry grabbed his heart and he acquired a hotel in the busy Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee. His hotel journey continued with the acquisition of a second hotel in Kentucky.

Today, Dharmesh serves as Devi Capital’s chief operating officer, where he oversees and handles daily operations for the company.

Dharmesh also serves on the Wayne County, KY Tourism Committee. When he’s not working, Dharmesh enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
