As Engineering Manager Randy brings over 10 years of Hospitality Engineering to Devi Capital.

Early on in his career Randy was Entrepreneur as an owner operator of his painting business where he tackled commercial and residential buildings where learned to lead his team with patience, respect and kindness. Skill sets and a mindset that would lead him to where he is today.

In the years to follow Randy decided that the hospitality industry was a job he enjoyed very much. Where he would go on to become Maintenance Supervisor at several different hotels as ventured back and forth between East Tennessee and the state of Colorado.

Having worked for several different hotel chains such as Marriott, Hilton and Choice as a dedicated Supervisor he brings to us at Devi Capital a successful team management skills in maintenance-driven roles. He is well –versed in equipment troubleshooting and repair with focus on quality and efficiency.

Randy cherishes time spent with his family, which is where you will find him when he is not working in his many roles at Devi.
